VRM graphing incorrect

Maybe this is just me but as of a couple of days ago, the VRM graph has a couple of bugs--

1. My custom plot will not use the right colors for the line graphs for both datasets even though they are configured properly. I deleted and remade them as the issue persists. Here is a screenshot. You can see the correct yellow color at the left axis.

2. One one dataset is plotted correctly while the others graph as zeros. You can see below that the data values for the other sets are shown but the graph is 0 for them. Also, look at the voltage values on the y-axis!!

Hi, fully agreed with first post. Tags color doesn't match with settings made giving an unreadable graph specialy when 2 or 3 lines have same color. Got pictures if needed.

I'll just add I am getting the same. got some custom widget graphs with 5 lines all the same colour when displayed, and the Y scales are not shown correctly. Not really very handy right now :(


The issue does seem to be specifically with the custom graphing from what I can see?

Yes, me too for the custom widgets. Standard widgets/graphs are OK.

Yep, it was the case only for custom widgets.
But It works perfectly as I've seen today. Troubleshooting have been made I guess.

When I hover over a custom widget the popup still shows different colours, that's if you change them from default. It works correctly when you go to edit the widget though.

The indexed items at the top are also in a different order. I get this too, and it's been there for quite awhile now. Perhaps related to an older colour issue that was fixed. I've been meaning to recreate the offending widgets, but havent got around to it. You could try that.

Ok I've figured out where the issue is. It's browser related. I'm using the latest Chrome (v116.0.5845.111) and it doesn't display the colours correctly.

If I use Microsoft Edge (v116.0.1938.54) it works fine and the colours are all correct.

For a second I thought I had pasted the same version number but the two browsers are currently on a similar version number..

Does this problem still persist in Chrome for you and not in Edge?

I can confirm that the problem is still there. With custom widgets the graph line colours do not match those selected when setting up the widget. The graphs are very confusing because multiple lines are the same colour.

I have tested in Chrome 109.0.5414.120,

Edge 109.0.1518.140,

Epic 117.0.5938.92 windows desktop browsers

and iOS16.5 on iPhone12
