Why do I no longer receive alerts via push and email?

Hello, until a few days ago I was still getting emails and push notifications when my system generated an alarm. Now all of a sudden I don't get any push via app and also no email anymore although the alarms show up in the log. The checkboxes for push and email notifications are still set. I noticed that there is a "mute" icon next to my email in the alarm rules.

I should be able to change this via my profile settings. But if I want to unmute then I get the following error message:

My dealer and Victron support was stumped.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 190.8 MiB each and 286.6 MiB total.

Just a note that this has been seen and is getting looked into.


VRM notifications are still working for me, so not a universal issue.

We also have some design changes still to come that improve self-help troubleshooting.
