same Problem using a SMA-SB2.0! I also have a Tank-Sensor in the Devicelist with the same ID (20) as th PV-Inverter. The Tank-Sensor is not needed but i cannot delete it. Possibly this is the reason?

Yeah same here, i don't know why Victron is not acknowledging this is a bug. Should be a simple bug to solve, probably just in the UI.

I have the same installation.

First inverter set at AC1 out on L1, 2nd inverter set at AC1 in on L2. Both are showed on the Remote Console. But only the first at the VRM Portal.

If I put the 2nd inverter in the settings on L1, it will appear on the Portal as well.

But then you will get wrong datas of the AC loads at the Console and the Portal.

So, it is not a solution.

I think, there is a software problem on the Portal which has to be solved by VE.

Since it's @slowdown and me that is experiencing this there must be something different in our case since we can't see the PV inverter in VRM portal.

After a few tries I found a workaround. If I set the PV inverter to the same phase as the MP-II in VGR, now I can see the inverter in the VRM-dashboard. I'll watch that, physical the SMA inverter is on a different phase. I don't know if that will cause other problems.

I will try again, @mvader (Victron Energy) do you know if it's a bug or by intention that we can't see Fronius on the VRM ?

thank you, looking forward hearing from you.

@mvader (Victron Energy) or @Guy Stewart (Victron Community Manager)

I have exactly the same issue. My PV inverter (SMA in L3) is not visible on the dashboard - but all data is available in the advanced view.

Hi Peter, I have the some problem with MP on L1 and Fronius in L2. Is there a solution? Which Smartmeter did you use?

I have a similar problem (as the one that was reported here):

https://community.victronenergy.com/questions/128115/pv-inverter-disappears-in-vrm-dashboard-after-chan.html?childToView=128129#answer-128129

Everything was fine until I changed the PV Inverter from L1 to L3 (L3 is the correct one).

@mvader (Victron Energy) : Is this the same type of bug?
If useful, I can give you my VRM installation ID

I have the same problem in an installation with 1 MultiPlus-II at L1 and 2 Fronius Primo at L2+L3.

The CerboGX (with Touch) shows everything perfect, but in VRM there are mistakes...

1650629570352.png

I hoped to save the problem by resetting the Cerbo (with that special file on USB-disc) and setting up the complete System. No way...

At first i saw the inverters, also in VRM and the device list. But then they disappeared.... maybe by changing the phase L1 > L2/3

I guess Victron doesn't care about this. @mvader (Victron Energy) you promised to follow up on this but never did ? Why is this issue so hard to solve or why don't you want to solve it ?

Same problem. MP on L1 and SMA on L3, data can be seen in the remote console, but no appearance in VRM. @mvader (Victron Energy) , can a solution be made for this phase issue?

Thanks
