VRM Portal is not showing consumption from grid or too grid

Hi there on my vrm portal on consumption and solar page it's not showing usage from or too grid just showing 0% in red plz can you help

Please read the requirements for the Solar yield and Consumption tab FAQ and confirm that your system complies with the minimum firmware version requirements.

Oh I see so it could be my victron multi inverter 12/2000/120 needs upgrade or updated. Or a meter built in. I.ll will check ok
