RoyPow 51/105 Golf cart Battery for Multiplus II

I want to install this RoyPow S51105 GC battery in my caravan to supply my 48/3000 Multiplus II inverter, but it has RS485 communication. Is there any way to convert it to Can bus and communicate to the inverter for proper charging operation?
