VRM False alarm

I have a shunt configure as DC load, I have an "High voltage alarm" reported by VRM that's keep coming even after I cleared it.

Cerbo GX firmware v3.20

The alarm is not configured to be active

The voltage on this shunt is normal, 13.58V as indicated in the photo below ( not above the high voltage threshold )

Where this alarm comes from and how I get rid of it ?

Check on the shunt itself if the auxiliary is configured for anything.

Hi @Alexandra, thank you for your suggestion, you solved my problem. It was not the auxiliary but the high voltage alarm clear value on the device itself that was too low, 13V, I changed it for 14.5V
