No there isn't.

It is fairly self explanatory - it defines what device is sending the information to the VRM in one column and the parameters of the reading in the other

So system overview [number in brackets is the VRM Instance/register] and "xxx" is exactly what it is. i.e. frequency is obviously the frequency...

You see different things for different systems depends on the components in it.
