MPPT not sending data to venusOS

I have 2 MPPT's (see link below) hooked up to a Raspberry Pi running VenusOS. One is working like a charm, but the other one is not sending data through the VE.direct to usb cable.

I already tried using a VE.direct to bluetooth dongle, and that seemed to work. I got correct and realtime data.

Apart from that, i also tried a brand new cable. This one also didn't work.

Can someone help me fix this?

The MPPT I have:

I found the solution! (I'm posting it for those who are intrested)

When hooked up to a bluetooth dongle, we can access the MPPT's settings. In there i found that the TX port function was set to "Virtual load output" instead of "Normal communication", like the working MPPT.

After changing it (see screenshot), the MPPT showed up in the VRM and worked like a charm!
