Grid pull when discharging from battery

Hello,

I'm looking for some help getting my system setup correctly please. This is what I'm trying to achieve:

Off Peak charging
Grid to charge batteries to 75% (but allow PV solar to charge batteries to full, if possible)
Allow batteries to discharge to 10%
If batteries are being used (i.e peak hours) then stop all possible grid importing of power (at the moment I'm getting between -100 watts and +100 watts in short bursts).

System:

3 Phase UK

3x MP2 48/10000/140-100/100

2x MPPTs 450/100

16x US5000 batteries

With such huge systems it may take longer to respond to changes and also may kick back more to the grid. I only have 4 x 320w panels and only see -50w ish to grid before my single battery charges.
