Adaptive charge current for inverter

I am setting up an off-grid system with several 48V 100A Li+ batteries. The batteries are communicating to the GX box via a bridge box (protocol conversion). I can get all information and alarm showing correctly on the GX Box screen (via HDMI). However, the GX BOx is not communicating with the inverter as the charge current is alway fixed. For battery run at low temperature, the battery only accept the charging current up to 0.15C and it would increase to 0.5C when the temperature reach a certain value. However, the inverter is constantly provided a fixed 0.5C current (set visa the VE CAN logger). Is there a way I can achieve adaptive current charging based on the reported charging rating?
