At what altitude m.a.s.l. may an Orion TR 48V-24V be installed

At what altitude m.a.s.l. may an Orion TR 48V-24V be installed. Our customer wants to install it at 4000m altitude. Is this possible?

I can't really think of any reasons why it would not work. This is a low Voltage device, so the air dielectric strength would not be a concern.

Air cooling would be less effective, but there is quite a lot of cool air at that altitude, so maybe also no issue.
