Missing data history in VRM -Easysolar 24 -3kVA

Hallo !

I recently rebooted my system after the winter (march 29th) -as an attempt to start the inverter that didnt want to switch on after the Easysolar (effectively the Multiplus) was switched to "Charger Only" for the winter (from november 2018).

The inverter is now working and all seems to be fine (although my SOC % is wrong -but I have asked about this in another question in the Victron Community :-) ).

I have also run a firmware update in the settings menu in the CCGX.

When I look backward for data / information in the VRM I only get some information in the time period from may 2018 until now (march 2019). How can I retrieve this information / data?

Does this answer in the VRM FAQ explain the behaviour?

For how long is the data being stored?
