Pylontech US3000C BMScan to EasySolar I

Have set up comms between US3000Cs and EasySolar II with no issues. Trying to get working on an EasySolar I, which only has a VE.can input, no BMScan. Have wired up my own Type A BMScan cable from batteries to inverter, checked and is all okay.

From what I could gather it is still possible to use the VEcan port as a BMS can, but I’m having no luck getting the batteries to show up on the CCGX device list.

Hopefully someone can shine some light on this for me.

This maybe of help https://www.victronenergy.com/live/battery_compatibility:pylontech_phantom

The battery with the empty link port 0 is the master battery. You must use the VE.Can to CAN-bus BMS type B Cable, part number ASS030720018 for connection with US2000/US3000/UP2500; and VE.Can to CAN-bus BMS type A Cable, part number ASS030710018 for connection with US2000C/US3000C/UP5000/Force-L, you cannot use the cable supplied by Pylontech.

You need to set the can port from VE.Can (250kbis/s) to BMS-Can (500kbit/s). That is also explained in the document linked from Paul.
