VRM shows no values for shore and AC-load when connected to Shore [SOLVED]

Just installed a Quattro II to my system, both systems (edit: I mean Quattro II + Cerbo) are set to latest firmware. As you can see below in the picture, the Quattro is connected and charging, so there is communications and AC-power.

But in the VRM there are no values shown for Shore (connected to AC-in-2) and AC-loads (connected to AC-Out-1). What can I do to fix this?

Hi @Baronner ,

could you try to insert a 3.5mm headphone plug into this socket a few times and remove it again right after:

It could be, that a contact is stuck in that socket, leading to the Quattro2 think, that there is an external current sensor connected.

Hi guys,

I have the same problem. L2 on the AC loads shows 0W. However I've got a new Multiplus 2, which does not have the jack plug but a phoenix plug. How do I solve this? I've tried using contact spray on the connector and tried to attach another wire. No results so far.. Anyone solved this issue yet?

The OP had no grid or load values.

You have a grid value of -8456 which is commensurate with the L1 and L3. The pv inverter is showing 2236 so that doesn't correlate. Are you sure you have any loads on L2?

@wout991

Start a new thread. You problem is not the same.

I wonder if your PV inverter meter is ok? L2 is not producing the same as L1 and 3. And then the grid feed in shows that is is.

So either wiring is a problem or there is something else very wrong.

When you do make a new post include all the details of your system as well.

Is the power switch on inverter or charger only?

The Power switch is on "inverer". When disconnecting the power, AC-load is displayed. See below.

You said "both" systems, not sure if that is just being lost in translation. Just remember if you are paralleling them, they need to be identical models.

Sharp. I edited the main post. Both systems are only 1 Quattro II and a Cerbo. So _no_ parallel mode.

It appears to be acting as a backup system only. Can you provide screenshots of your settings or indicate what you changed when you installed the system.

Thanks for you help. Here my settings of the Quattro II and Cerbo.

Above, you can see AC-OUT L1 values! But strangely they don't change significantly when I turn on the cooker (1000W).

Cerbo:

Hope somenone has a clue what to do!
