Port RX fonction gone on MPPT 100/50 ?

Hello,

Since the last update on Victron Connect app, the port RX fonction is gone on my SmartSolar MPPT 100/50. It's a problem because my VE BUS BMS can't remote my MPPT, throught the VE Direct non inverting remote ON/OFF cable, anymore.

SmartSolar MPPT firmware : v1.59
SmartSolar Interface firmware : v2.37
Bootloader : v1.15

I am seeing what you have described. v1.59, v2.33, v1.14

RX port settings not accessible via Victron Connect v 5.27 or v 5.51. Demo on both versions gives access to RX port settings.

v1.59 firmware goes back to 03/08/2021 self install, or VC v5.48 07/10/2021.

Bluetooth firmware v2.37, bootloader v1.15 goes back to VC v5.52 03/01/2022.

Hi @MyShopSolaire

Indeed the menu is gone, but the function remain there. The only possible RX function is the remote on/off, so there was no point in leaving the option to change it there.
That means that the remote on/off functionality will always be active for those products

We should probably make this more clear in VictronConnect.
