Liontron BMS switches off when I switch on Phönix inverter

Hello to all,

I have a problem with the following combination of devices:

Phoenix Smart Inverter 24/3000 and
2x 24V LIONTRON LiFePo 100Ah (parallel)

When I switch on the fuse of the 24 V supply from the inverter, the BMS of the Liontron batteries switches off immediately. I have found out that it is probably the capacitors of the Phoenix inverter that need too much power for the BMS of the batteries. Does anyone have a tip for me on how to solve the problem?

Is there any information on how many amps the Phoenix requires at initial start-up?

I see that this BMS has a Bluetooth connection. What does the BMS say about the reasons for the shutdown? Does it give any hints over the Bluetooth connection?

You are worried it's due to a high inrush current, but it could be something else. Such as under-voltage threshold?
