Phoenix multiplus 12/3000/120 remote ON/OFF

is there any way to separately control the charger and inverter for a two signal BMS like on the new models?

Yes. I do exactly this with my Electrodacus BMS managing the charging and inverter functions separately on my Multiplus 24/3000 since early 2020. You have to install and configure the 2-wire BMS Assistant software on the Multiplus.
