Hi Hub-4 and multiplus 12/800/35-16 The hub 4 shows battery state of charge 92% and a voltage of 8.6v. alarm appears Low Battery 0.00v.

The system has been running for 2.5 years until it started alarming christmas time. There is a 4kw pv system with Solar Edge inverter.

Does anyone have any idea what the fault could be?

You'll have to give us more information to be able to give a meaningful answer:

-what's in the system? (components, batteries, etc)
-how are things connected (and grid available or not)
-screenshots of events / settings / etc.

Maybe the SOC is resetting to 100% as the voltage raises to its setpoint for the required time during the day when the PV is charging. but the batteries have no capacity and then the voltage falls off quickly and you get the alarm.

This is only a Guess but as requested other information would be helpfull
