My customer cannot access their Venus GX as original installer has gone

I have just installed some additional solar PV to a customers existing off grid system which has is connected via a router to the VRM portal. However, the customer has never been given access and it seems the original installer may no longer be trading.

I have tried to request access, but the request goes unanswered as has the customer's request.

Can I gain access to this VRM account, adding the customer who have been paying for 4g access for over a year through Victron?

Yes, I can simply replace the Venus device, but this will be at additional cost and the removed unit would simply be thrown away as no good for another installation.
