Forgot the Victron connect bluetooth password but no PUK to reset it...

Hi,

one of our clients has a 12/2000 Smart inverter. He has forgotten the buetooth password. I trşed to find the PUK code but it does not exist on the product labels (neither on the back side nor inside the inverter)

How can I obtain the PUK code. Product label is attached.

Does it asks for a PUK code?


Some products have different ways to reset the PIN number.

Hi @GregN, and others in the future,

Please contact your Victron Dealer (who you purchased the equipment from), they have access to PUK recovery. If they tell you that they do not know - ask them to please contact their Victron sales manager for the instructions and training.

Hi @Guy Stewart (Victron Community Manager),

my product label looks similar. Victron Phoenix Smart 24/3000. No PUK printed on the label. I purchased the product from a private seller (used). Who can I contact for PUK recovery?
Help is greatly appreciated!

I have found the PUK on a separate sticker.
