I have purchased a boat with 2 12/3000/120 as well as a MPPT 150/70 -Tr. They all report to a Color GX. I created a user/password with victron and VRM and when adding installation it says request access. The previous owner authorized access as seen in this cut from the email:

I go to the link and get errors (you dont have access to this installation and no access denied to this object.
How do I rectify this so that vrm will be working?
