Easysolar II GX 3000VA Venus WiFi issue

I installed a 48V 3000 Easysolar II GX in Feb this year, when I was commissioning the plant and setting it up on the portal we had an issue with the Wifi network from the Venus and for the life of me couldnt get it to come on again. Does anyone know what we can do to sort this out? I know on the Venus you can reset the wifi network but with the Easysolar its not easy to get to the Venus.

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 190.8 MiB each and 286.6 MiB total.

Under settings/wifi/"your connection name"/ you have to set it to resolve IP automatically or it WILL NOT connect again. Just my 2 cents.

I am using this as well.

It seems that if it fails it does not try reconnect again.

Also wifi is EXTREMELY slow. my Easy solar 2 is about 4m from my wifi and it shows weak signal.

Something is not correct with this units wifi.
