VictronConnect reporting incompatible error with windows 7

Hi,

I'm new here.

Just bought a phoenix 24/500 and a VE direct USB cable.

Downloaded the software to my windows 7 laptops, one is starter the other 7 pro.Both bring up the same error: you are using an incompatible OS.

OS detected 0.0.0

Min supported 7.0

Victron connect Version 5.15

The bug has now been fixed in VictronConnect 5.16.

The developers are working on this bug and it should be fixed very shortly.
