We have a problem with the CCGX connecting to the VRM Portal. The CCGX indicate that there is no error with the VRM online portal connection. We can ping the device, also the remote console is 100%. We removed the previous installation to re-install in an effort to resolve the problem, when the installation became disconnected from VRM Portal. We succeeded in updating the firmware online, without success in restoring the comms. What can we do?
