Can a VE.Direct Phoenix inverter be remotely turned on/off with a Global Link 520?

Cerbo + VE.Bus inverter can be remotely turned on/off via VRM dashboard. Does the the Global Link 520 have the same functionality with a VE.Direct Phoenix Inverter?
