Hi all,
my Cerbo GX just random reboots a few times a day. Sometime the screen also freezes with an small green dot in the middle. In this case I need to take out the fuse and put it back again to reboot.
System setup: Cerbo GX, wired ethernet connection, 12V powered
All components: MultiPlus 12/3000/120-16, SmartShunt 500A, SmartSolar Charger MPPT 75/15, SmartSolar Charger MPPT 100/30, GX Tank 140
Cerbo GX runs at Version V3.30
Things I tried to solve the problem:
- Checked if the "reboot device when no contact" at the VRM online portal menu is turned off.
- Factory reset
- Updated to beta version (problem was still there)
- Downgraded back to official version
I would be pleased if someone know what the problem could be or if you could help me to solve it!
