MPPT 100/15

I am looking to wire my 100/15 MPPT controller to my 85w hood mounted solar panel. Is it correct that I need to add a fuse on the positive connections into the controller and output to the battery? How big of a fuse?

Just to share more info on the setup, I am wiring two Dakota lithium 135ah dl+ batteries in parallel directly from the alternator and had to get a different charge controller that supports lithium.

Thanks in advance,

-Noah
