I have the Victron Mulitplus 3000 and 400(four 100amp)amp Battle Born battery set up with the Webasto Gass heater in my van. Yesterday temperatures dropped below 0F and the Heater will shut off due to low voltage. Only way to turn the heater back on was to plug in shore power. When unplugged to shore power, I noticed on the Victron Bluetooth reading that the voltage was dropping bellow 10Vs. Once I hooked up the Shore Power the volts went up and the heater worked. But the Battery reading reads 100%. What is wrong? Please help its freezing.
