New Victron Wallbox Problem - Wallbox is not responding - freezing, no bluetooth, no http, no Modbus

Hello Victron Team,

we have a Problem with a New Victron Wallbox on an Seat Cubra Bron with a Mennekes 3phase Cable. Wallbox is installed since 3 month and it happens that the Wallbox is complytly freezing... so only a Power OFF/ON is working that the Wallbox will respone again! No Bluetooth, No Modbus TCP, No http is possible. Wallbox is setup in Auto Mode, fix Ip Address on Standard Local Area Network. Wallbox is on V1.26. The Problem happens 1 a month to 1 a week!

Hi, do you know, is this happening at a specific moment, like when the charging process is stopped?

happens 2 days in a row - no blue line for the communication any more... looks like in the end off the charging process when the battery is down the 89% - but it's not every time!
