Accidentally connecting T-sense terminals directly to battery voltage kill 10kVA Quattro?

Dual 120V 10kVA Quattros in split phase.

Intending to hook up V-sense leads to the battery, a user inadvertently hooked up to T-sense terminals to battery (10kVA, used 5kVA diagram). Major spark and fried terminals upon touching (+) battery terminal.

Both inverters shut down.

They came back online after a power cycle, but behavior has been erratic:

Subject inverter flashes temp sensor error (absorption/float flashing in unison) and reports same to Cerbo. Power cycles and Cerbo commands to redetect or restart VE.Bus does not turn lights off.

House lights flicker.

Two overloads have been logged for no obvious reason, and there's nothing on site that can overload two 10kVA in split phase. The first one occurred about 40 minutes after the incident. The second about 30 minutes later.

Cerbo reboot and power cycling the inverters will not restore function.

Cerbo Alarm log since initial incident:

What does that mean to someone in the States? Send into the shop?

Subsequent efforts have determined that the Cerbo will not power on at all anymore. Inverters will turn on when disconnected from the Cerbo, but they still exhibit the t-sense error light behavior and an occasional overload - with nothing on the AC output.
