Multiplus 12V 800VA fault - orange led blinks, no AC output

I'm having an issue with a "new type" Multiplus 12V 800A. It doesn't provide any AC-Output and when swithing from OFF to ON or to CHR orange led blinks once shortly but non of the LEDs turn on. After connecting to VE.Configure (which works fine) through MK3 dongle the AC-In is vissible (230V and 50Hz) but AC-output shows non and indeed there is no AC on the AC-Out. Connecting 12V battery doesn't help, charger doesn't charge the battery.
Changing settings in VE.Configure doesn't help, restoring default settings neither. I didn't try changing the firmware though Ve.Confugure/Victron Connect shows the firmware is the newest (no upgrades available).
All dip-switches are in the off posstion (default).
I made a video on this issue (in Polish): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UeuoAkQ9DOI

It's a similar issue to
this: https://community.victronenergy.com/questions/206948/multiplus-2000-charger-led-blinks-then-shuts-off-n.html
and this: https://community.victronenergy.com/questions/219545/no-output-from-multiplus-and-only-a-brief-flickeri.html

Any ideas what can cause this fualt ?1690883917467.png

Maybe it is a stupid question, but i can not see any piece of wire on remote switch terminal on photo. Without that should not be possible to connect by VE.Configure, but my home Multi is sometimes still ON after remote switching off, as I heard it is common problem. So maybe that is why?

In fact I didn't have a wire, but below I've pasted a link to a video on how to configuring "new type" Multi with MK3. It shows no wire on remote terminal as well and still inverting with green light led when switch is to ON. But in fact I didn't check the "software remote switch" in Victron Connect (later on in the video)

Could someone confirm this small wire could be the issue ? I have already sent back the equipment as "fualty" so I can't confirm myself.

Hi. Later i found in Manual, that the wire is probably not the probllem, because remote switching is not swithed on by DIP switch setting.

I've checked the issue and putting a wire into remote + and remot ON doesn't change anything, the device still doesn't work.

Did you saved settings wit ds6 switch according to manual? Otherways new settings of DIP switches are not saved and doesn´t metter if they are all OFF or not...

It maybe for example in searc mode and you need stronger load on AC out, not the LED light.

I didn't do any changes using DIP switches, just left them in OFF position, all changes I made using VE. Configure.

Try it. switch ds6 ON and OFF to save settings. As I see from video, Multi is not in original package, you don´t know what is set really. Someone could set switches to default position without usig ds6 to save settings. It is just an idea, but try it.

I managed to fix the device.

Uploading the firmware again did the job. Here is a brief, hope it will help someone with the sam issue:
1. I checked the firmware version ( Product ID, don't mess it wth SN) which is printed inside the the device or can be obtained by Cerbo.
2. Than I donwloaded the archive firmware from here: https://updates.victronenergy.com/feeds/VEBus/firmware-archive/ Exactly the same, in my case for the slim Multiplus 800VA 12 it was 2661490.vff.
3. I donwloaded the "VE Configaration tools for VE.Bus " from here: https://www.victronenergy.com/support-and-downloads/software which also has the VE.Flash software.

4. Connected the Multiplus to 12V (without that it didn't wan't to work for me).

5. Connected the MK3 adapter to Multiplus and a laptop.

5. Uploaded the firmware using VE.Flash pointing the 2661490.vff file with all the steps exactly like in the manual: https://www.victronenergy.com/live/updating_firmware:updating_ve.bus_products

Multiplus works as i should now, has been unblocked. All Leds show normal operation status, the Victron Connect app started to talk with the Multplus. Back alive !

Multiplus doesn't require any cable in the remote terminals as in previos posts.

Changing the DIPs (no 6 for saving) didn't help.
