Why isn't the energy meter EM540 displayed under Energy Meters in the CerboGX?

The EM540 is not shown in the Cerbo console

CerboGX v2.75, no ESS, used in pv island

EM540DINAV23XS1X, configured as 3Pn, L1: MPII-AC-OUT1 to Load, L2: Grid to MPII-AC-IN

Cable Victron "USB-RS485-WE"

The counter works.

The cable is OK and properly connected because it works with the USC program.

The cable is also recognized by the Cerbo as:

usb-FTDI_FT232R_USB_UART_A10N4HQX-if00-port0 -> ../../ttyUSB0

Changes to the product ID in the cable with ft_prog are visible in Cerbo

usb-FTDI_USB-RS485_Cable_A10N4HQX-if00-port0 -> ../../ttyUSB0

Changes in Cerbo in ../../etc/udev/rules.d/serial-starter.rules did not work

Modification of ../../etc/udev/rules.d/serial-starter.rules had no effect.

You need to update the Cerbo to version 3.00.

Btw: it works with original serial-starter.rules.

Not sure, if the cable has the original product discription, because I have changed it a lot.

Now the cable has the description FT232R_USB_UART, not USB-RS485_Cable and not USB-RS485-WE (as shown at the device)

Ich sehe gerade, dass Matthias Lange für das Service Team Döbeln arbeitet.

Eine von nur(!) zwei Victron-Partnern zwischen Rügen und Erzgebirge...

Hi, I've the same Problem but with CerboGX running firmware version v3.10 and original Victron USB Interface Cable (ASS030572050 RS485 to USB Interface 5m) recognized as:
Bus 003 Device 002: ID 0403:6001 Future Technology Devices International, Ltd FT232 Serial (UART) IC
in the CerboGX. It's working well with USC7 so the wiring with the EM540 is ok.

EM540 is connected and showing up under Settings -> Energy Meters -> BX01200340011 but not in dbus-spy or with any grid measurement data.

Any Advice?
