Remove GX device from account without full control.

Hi,

I have been asked to assist with an installation done by someone else who has full control over the system in VRM.

Is there a way in which I can obtain full control over the system in lieux of the original installer providing such access?

there is no easy way, all I could suggest is that the owner contact the original installer and ask to be given full control, then he can add or remove who ever he likes- the original installer is obliged to give the owner full control as far as I am aware.

otherwise the owner should contact there local victron area manager and
I am sure he can assist
