How do I through the interface below manually close the relay AC2 out on the Multiplus. There is grid failure in the area and my geyser is connected to AC2 out. I would like to do this manually, no triggers, no added devices if possible.

you have to add a programmable relay assistant that will close ac2 out when say Aux1 is closed and then turn it off when aux1 is opened you can attach the aux1 to the relay on the cerbo gx.
