Low BYD battery charge- AC in wont recharge

Hi

I ahve a BYD battery system with low batteryb charge, there is an grid AC 2 input but the Victron Quattro units wont let it charge the batteries

Ac 2 IN Grid input this may take 5 to 20 min to start charging

if you put the grid on AC1 IN then charging would start straightway (well close to)
