Isolated DCDC charger low ouput

Hi everyone. i have a 12-12/30 Isolated DCDC charger in my camper trailer.

  1. I am only able to get about 12-15amps output. I have changed settings but still the same. If I disable the engine shutdown detection and input voltage lockout I can see 30amp output through the bmv. But with those features enable the output drops. When disabled input voltage drops to 9/10v but 30amp output. When enabled input is about 13.3v but output is 13amps.

Dropping to 9/10V mean, the input source is too weak. If you disable the features, the DC/DC Charger draw from the input what it get, even if this mean, killing the Input battery or the Alternator.

Enavling the features maintain a healthy inpzr voltage of 13,3V or higher and if your DC/DC Charger reduce the output current is to protect the source.
