Venus not sending Data to VRM

Hi

Our system was working so far fine however since yesterday 2am we cannot see data on the vrm.

There is internet on the site. The system is up and running fine.

Could you please check if you receive any data :

Please run through the steps here for troubleshooting GX to VRM connectivity issues:
