Hello, we are trying to download the VICTRONCONNECT application from play store. The app downloads but does not install. We have tried several times but no luck. Can you provide us with some suggestions. Are there other means via your website to tune the TRsmart Orion rather than using the phone? Thank you for your help, Best wishes

The first thing you can try is just to reboot the phone. When this does not help, it might help to clear the Play Store cache: https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-202631/
When these 2 actions do not help, you can also try to download the .apk from our website: https://www.victronenergy.com/support-and-downloads/software
