Wiring diagram for multiple Pylontech US3000C battery banks

Heya,

Can someone please help me with a wiring diagram for 4 banks and each bank having 4 batteries in it with a total of 16 x US3000C Pylontech batteries, all of this will be done without a LV-Hub (I know is possible because is said so in the docs).
My problem is how do I connect all 4 banks to each other using the positive and negative cables ? Do I use an isolated bus bar and then the first and last battery for each bank will be connected using a Victron Lynx Power In to the inverter or how do I do it?

Thank you!

I’ve the same setup running.

Every 4 pylontechs are in parallel.

Every stack of 4 is connected with a 100A fuse to a lynx distributor.

The oem cables are rated for up to 125A. On top a total of 400A is enough for my setup.

Just use a lynx distributor.

Fusing is then also done there.

In total 4 cables from the lynx to the 4 x4 pylonstacks. Don’t interconnect them extra.

@KLandos thanks a bunch! I thought I need to connect them dirrectly too. The fuses should be MEGA-fuse 300A/58V or MEGA-fuse 100A/32V is enough?

in total 4 cables from the lynx to the 4 x4 pylonstacks.

4 positive and 4 negatives ?

100A for each stack of 4 for the oem pylontech power cable Kit.

A total of 4 fuses.

Sorry, just viewed at the A rating.

100A is enough, but for sure 58v version!

@KLandos two more questions and I'm done.

1. is this fuse enough for each MIDI-fuse 100A/58V

2. from each pack of 4 do I get positive from forst battery and negative from last in the pack or both of them are from the same battery in the pack to the lynx distributor?

1. Yes

2. Diagonal, so plus from first and negative From fourth of each pack.
