Hi. We have BMV 700. It stopped being discovered by via VE.direct protocol. I have tried connecting by 2 different cables and to two different devices. It used to work but now it doesn’t show up in the Victors app. Disconnecting power from the battery monitor didn’t resolve the issue.
Is there a way to reboot BMV?
What might be the issue?
How to fix this?
