Hi have 2 x 5 strings in series (7 x ja 380 and 3 x 370w) offgrid to provide additional power as have a hybrid 6k which i can only add remove batteries without voiding warranty.
I am ok with fuses wiring upto the DC. I intend to add 2 x 3000 Pylontechs and wondering what type of consumer unit to get for DC considering I was not planning to use input DC or other power, just the PV.
I only need a light circuit and one for a washing machine and powertool charging
Q Do I just need a 38Aamp wire to a garage type dc board or other as the one i have is 63a which seems at odds with the output of the mppt.
Q Also re panels - I bought some panels assuming they were the same but 3 are 370w and 7 are 380w am I ok putting 3 in one string or mix them?
According the the calc I am ok with the 250/70 for 2 strings in series but the slight mismatch concerns me, should it be a problem?
