And the following is without VE.Direct connection. Why its work before i connect the VE.Direct cable to the CerboGX?

Is the Cerbo seeing the pylon BMS?

Why aren't you connecting the RS via CAN to the cerbo?

The BMS should be connected to the Cerbo via CAN.

I would suggest you check all the data cabling.

Make sure the pylon can be seen and is selected as the battery monitor.

All the steps are here:

The mppt is under external control when connected so will do as it is told, if comms aren't right you will have issues. I suspect because you aren't CAN connected to the cerbo, it is missing all the comms and behaving incorrectly, I doubt the BMS data will be passed to the cerbo over VE direct.

The BMS is connected via CAN but it has older firmware.

But how can i connect the MPPT via CAN to the Cerbo? I try it and the Manual said use VE.Direct...

Where does it say that? The install manual for the RS450 says either, and in this case you want to use CAN. I would move the pylon to the Cerbo at least and make sure in system setup it is selected as the monitor and that DVCC has been automatically enabled.

The pylon setup requires the BMS connected to the Cerbo via CAN bus.

I can’t keep repeating it. Please connect the bms directly to the cerbo via can, with the right termination. Then see how it all works.

I did not work. I use a Cat7 Ethernet cable. The Cerbo gx did not find the mppt.
