Shut-down on SOC with VE Configure 3

Hi, I have an installation with :

- 1 phoenix 48/3000/35

- 24 batteries Hoppecke OPzS 720 (468 Ah C10)/2V

After updating the firmware of the phoenix from 2622209 to 2622431 , i configurated the shut-down on SOC in the phoenix.

The system worked well a week and then stopped. Since that, the inverter couldn't restart.

Is the shut-down well set? How does it work? Could it be the reason of the troubleshoot of the inverter?

what are you using to monitor your SOC

What is the current SOC reading,

try turning off the SOC shut down and do some testing and then please give us some feed back , thats all I can sugest at this stage
