I set log interval in 1 minute but Download.xls shows many measurements in 1 minute

I set log interval of Cerbo GX in 1 minute, but when I download.xls shows many measurements per minute. How Can I solve this?. It does not allow me comparing instantaneous Power vs Irradiance. Irradiance is measurement each 1 min.timestamp_Victron.jpg
