PV Data shown in DC Power on VRM instead of Battery Charging

Hi, may I know anyone encounter the issue below:

1. MPPT100/15 on bulk charging but battery showing Idle and PV power displayed in DC Power instead.

2. Physically, it seems charging but getting slower and only staying around 13.4-13.5V can't reach the absorption setting at 14.4V. whole day in "Bulk" mode

3. Using 2x Victron energy lithium SuperPack 12.8V 60Ah battery, tested for both seperately and results are the same. Battery Issue? or could be BMV712 issue?

4. Any setting can be set on VRM to display correctly?

Currently, only connect 1 battery (Lithium SuperPack 12.8V 60Ah) instead of parallel both to test out, here the setup for reference:

p/s: FYI, I did tested out 5 months ago before putting it everything to the enclosure box and it did run normally and showing the correct data.

I really need help as been try and error for a week and still couldn't solve the issue. The power consumption on day time same as solar production as the power add in to the DC power instead. no data of solar production to battery (but physically, it did charge a bit)

You have 2 negative cables going to the batterie(s).

What is up with that?
