Energy Meter EM24

Good day,

I've connected the energy meter and it shows on the gx, but doesn't display grid power (although the load draws power from grid)

Did you install compatibile version of EM24?

Did you connect EM24 to your GX controller?

Did you tell GX that you have EM24 as a grid meter?

Show us the EM24 status.

Thanks for the reply, all those boxes are ticked, somethings else is wrong, maybe the meter itself, does it need extra settings?

Which model of the EM24 you have, RS485 or Ethernet?

How it is connected to GX device?

extended with ethernet cable probably 60m

It shows live voltage per phase but no current

Updated software on gx, changed role to AC load, seems to work now...

Are you sure?

"AC load" position has nothing to do with a "Grid meter" position.

Where is this EM24 located?
