How to configure VRM when we have a single MP2 on a 3 phase system

Good day,

I have a 3 phase mains power, on of the phases we have run through a MP2 in order to backup those plugs and lights.

Now I have an issue on VRM where it is getting confused as to which phase it is on? See image below.

Is there a setting in the MP2 to tell it which phase it is on?

Hi,

As far as I know there is no way to tell the MP2 what phase it is at. At least not if you only use one. However, a single MP2 should always be connected to phase 1!

And you could take a look and see if you have activated the "balancing over all phases" in the settings.

Best regards
