Easy solar 3kva 48v lost PV input

Easy solar was working perfectly, the 150/70 working perfectly too.

Then no PV charge at all.

Solar voltage is 101.13V

Solar Current is 0.0A

Battery is 51.03V

Battery Current is 0.0A

State Bulk

State Off

I’ve contacted the company from whom I purchased all the kit.

Their guy took a look at my Victron Connect and he can’t find any reason why it isn’t charging!!!!

He’s wanting me to remove the Blue solar and sent it to be independently tested.

Any help would be great fully received.

Thank you in advance

Check for melted or bad connection on mc4s or connections to the mppt.

Fyi just because they are clipped together, does not mean they are making good connection.

Hi .. Hope u r well. Sometimes all it needs is resetting the blue Solar to default settings. Then reprogramming it according to the battery that was installed in the kit. Coupled with rebooting and possibly making sure that the gx is up to date if yu have not done so already ...

Just taken another look at the system.
My set up is:

15 panels, 5 strings of 3 going to the easy solar / bluesolar 150/70.

4 panels, 2 strings of 2 going to 1 smart solar 100/20 48v.

4 panels, 2 strings of 2 going to 1 smart solar 100/20 48v.

I have volts on the 15 panel set up, but no amps or watts.

I have the same problem with both 4 panel set ups.
However!
Both 4 panel set ups are showing volts, with no panels connected at all !!!!!?????

You have 3 different mppt's!!!!?

And you have measured the PV voltage and battery voltage at each respective mppt's terminals with a multimeter?

And you have checked the fuse in the bottom of the 100-20/48 mppt's?

Are any led's active on any mppt?

Ok, so the 100/20 smart solars, both 25A fuses are good.

The panels going to the respective mppt’s atre registering 67 volts.

The weirdest thing is when I disconnect the PV altogether, I’m still getting 50.6v off the PV !!!!?????

I’m thinking the cpu is damaged????

The panels supplying the bluesolar 150/70 in the easy solar are 101V, the PV going directly in to the mppt is identical!!!????
