When I try to upload GX data from a file to my VRM Portal, I get this error message: "invalid installation identifier"

I've done it before with no problem, but this time I can't do it anymore. In the installation, we changed the Venus for a Cerbo.

Since the change, I was working only by Internet connection manually, because we do not have a Wifi network near the installation. I was away for a week and had plugged in a flash drive to save the data while I was away.

Is there any way not to lose this data?
