CERBO GX USB 2.0 or 3.0?

I am having to expand the number of USB inputs to my CERBO GX by adding a powered hub. Does Victron recommend the use of USB standard 2.0, 3.0 Gen 1, or 3.0 Gen 2?

Many thanks.

The Cerbo has USB 2.0 ports so it would not make sense to use an USB 3 Hub.

Why not. USB 3.0 is backwards compatible—meaning it's designed to work with older USB versions including USB 2.0 and USB 1.1. Some of the USB 3.0 powered hubs are even cheaper than the 2.0 ones.

Hallo,

wie Matthias schon sagte, nehme einen USB2 Hub.

Ich habe es bei meiner Anlage selbst ausprobiert, ein USB3 Hub funktionierte bei mir nicht zuverlässig
